Hi,

I am running windows xp and I use Microsoft Outlook 2000 for email mail.
I have been unable to open the outllook when I click on the icon it attempts to open, I get the front licence page with my name on and then zap I get an error message that states that their is a problem with Outlook and it will have to close.
I now get this every time, I have removed My office program and reloaded it still the same. I have gone back to a previous date and still the problem.

Anybody got any ideas?

Does the message give any kind of detail? An error message will usually include a filename and some form of description of the problem, e.g. "Outlook.exe caused an invalid page fault in Kernel.exe - the application will now close".
