Hi, I am trying to install Office 2003 on my laptop, but as soon as the CDR starts to read, before it gets into Setup, I get an error message saying "Business Contact Manager requires Outlook 2003. Please install Outlook 2003 before running Setup".

As Outlook 2003 is part of the Office 2003 am trying to install, this seems a bit back to front and I don't know what to do.

Please someone help me!!

Sounds like you're putting in the Business Contact Manager CD from the Office CD pack (CD number 2 maybe?) rather than CD number 1. So it's actually trying to start the Business Contact Manager installation assuming that you've already installed Office from another CD.
