Convert MP3 to WMA
I recently purchased MP3 players for the family. They have 1 GB of space. They all say: 250 on mp3 for 500 on wma format. Isn't wma a bigger file format then mp3? What is a better quality format?

No.
Not much difference, I usually go for .wma on protable devices and .mp3 on my media drive.
-
Do you or anyone else know of a "free" and good convert from MP3 to wma?
Btw, thanks for the reply

if you've got the CD's WMP will rip them to WMA if you use the same bit rate there's not much difference in size.
if you want 500 wma tracks you'll maybe have to rip them at 64Kps

Yea I have WMP (window media player) and I have tons of blank CD's. Can I save them to folder? What about Nero or real jukebox converting?
-
Yes you can save them to a folder, if you check media players options you can do it yourself.

FlexiMusic Wave Editor, Mp3 /audio editing software would do the trick.

I've checked Download.com and found Free Mp3 Wma Converter 1.5
