I started Windows Media Player 10 last night, and after a few minutes I got a notice that there was a download waiting. Some sort of upgrade, but I had other things to do so I cancelled. I started it up again later but the message didn't return.
I went to the Microsoft Updates site but couldn't find anything there except the basic WMP download. Now I'm wondering if I just missed out on being hit by some scam, or malware.
Anybody here got any info?
