I used to love its functionality before a format and reinstall of Windows XP Pro and now, MS Photo Editor will not open any JPGS/JPEG/GIF/PNG's etc, imaging file formats!

Reading that the type is not supported.


What is all this, can anyone help here please?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2003 and Office XP but to no avail each time.

Help is much appreciated.
