Exclamation Conversion of (netscape4.x .na2) to .mab, .ldif etc required for Thunderbird!

    HI all,

I have Thunderbird 1.5.0.8 and have moved my profile over from Netscape (4.1 - I know) as well as that of 34 family members

The problem arised as the address book is pab.na2 etc, i.e. in format NA2 which is not recognised by Thunderbird nor importable!

So I urgently need something to convert .na2 format files into .ldif, .mab, .wab, .csv etc- basically any one of them can be utilized and picked up by Thunderbird to import.

I've searched, but fruitless it was.

    Anyone have any idea's?

If so please let, me know

    TIA

I hadn't but have now! It works perfect.

    Thanks much D-A-L

Few things I was meaning to say/ask:

    a) nice site redevelopment, its much better all round, thanks!
    b) what is an individuals reputation and ranking of a thread, how does the tallying work and how do we know who gives them?
    c) one of the best improvements is in this feature: when at first one was viewing a post under a section, not logged in, and you typically wanted to sign in to reply, it would throw you back to the main index page
Now, however that is perfect. Your kept on the same page after login.

    Thanks again.

    No problem glad it worked

Thanks for the comments, there are two types of rating/reputation. You can rate an individual thread between one and five stars which gives others an indication of how useful it was. You can also increase or decrease a users own personal reputation by clicking the scales at the top right of this post (next to the red and yellow cards). This can either boost or decrease a users reputation here on the boards (as shown with the rep sqares under post count) and you can generally see who left you that reputation by looking under your usercp.

    Thanks D-A-L!

Theres one thing; I can't figure out any way to check "who" left it?

And how do I have 147!!!?!!!

Must be a mistake or ...

That's 147 rep points, not 147 individual rep votes. If you go to your User CP it should say under "Latest Reputation Received" on the main screen.

Pardon the 5 year thread resurrection post.

I was searching for the answer to this problem and discovered that the DAWN links provided on multiple forums is no longer valid. Use this url instead: Download Dawn
