I know of a couple of ways to mount images of my PC games and play them with out the CD but I was wondering if there was a program that does just that Mounts Images and makes Images of them, NOT Alcohol or blindwrite.

That's the two best programs for the job you've ruled out, so I can't offer any advice. You could always use a NO-CD patch for your game from www.gamecopyworld.com and save yourself the hard disk space an image would take up.
