Hi all

When i write an outlook message and then start to type the recipient in the address bar.
i.e. "d...a...n...i..." it comes up with about 5 options of people called "daniel".
some of these people i dont email anymore- how do i remove their names from this?

Hi, just open your address book, scroll down and right click- delete any entries no longer used.

This is at work... so i cant delete peoples names!
or can i delete them off "my personal address" book?

You should be able to delete them off the address book on your machine unless they are all accessed across a network. The only way to stop them coming up is delete them or make a personal address book of your commonly used names and select that one in your options.
