Hi,

I keep having an error on winword.exe. I have tried to uninstall and restall, I still get that error. Even I formatted the harddrive. Please advice.

Try this:

Search for normal.dot and delete any and all instance of it;

Word will re-create it when it is reopened.

After deleting it open word.

I reviewed the fixed and have tried the followings:

look for normal.dot (not found)
run '%appdata' and found the said folder. remove the normal.dot.
Still have error.
