    Animated icons in e-mails.

    Hi everyone.

I was just writing an e-mail to someone, and my wife asked if I could add a smilie icon. Of course I said, "I don't have the foggiest what to do". So here I am.

Can I add or intergrate an animated icon into an e-mail? If so, how do i do it?

I am using Windows XP, with Outlook express.

    I hope someone can help.

    ATB Gary.

    Sure...

Just start a new message in Outlook Express then goto Insert>Picture>Browse and add the animated Gif file into the email from your My Documents folder or wherever the image is saved.

You can save an animated smilie from say this message by right-clicking it and clicking "Save Picture As"

You can also use a nifty bit of freeware to add emoticons and smilies to emails with ease. It's call SmielyPad. Literally just drag and drop the images from smileypad into your email message (forums and MSN too!)

Don't worry, you'll not find ANY spyware, malware or adware in this program. I know that because my husband wrote it for me! And as you shouldn't have to pay for emoticons, is FREE yipeeeeee
