I doubt that this is a spyware related problem .... unless you have some form of virus that has tried to trash all of your Microsoft Office applications. I know that this will sound like a lame, effortless answer but, as you have no errors messages or anything to give any clue as to the cause of the problem, your best bet will be to go into the Add/Remove Programs list from the Windows Control Panel, select Microsoft Project from the list and choose the Repair option. This should restore working versions of any files that are currently corrupted and/or not correctly registered with Windows.
