Sorry if this has already been asked but this seemed the most appropriate place to ask this, and the search button returned nothing.

I'm trying to set up a permanent voice-over server for my friends and I. I can host with ventrilo whilst im online but this isn't really working, so we need more.

Can anyone recommend a method/programme/site etc whereby i can get a permanent host so we can chat whilst on the net?
