Help compiling MP3 CDs using an M3U playlist
I've been doing a few mp3 (data) CD's and can collect the songs in a directory, or just add them one by one from different directories, but what I want to do is build M3U playlists and import them into my disc burning software. Nero and Windows Media player 10 will only do this to create an audio CD and I want to create an MP3 (data/ISO) CD. The Roxio component that comes with XP won't do it, and Multimedia Jukebox will, but it has been acting very flakey (unreliable. reports disc as closed when Nero says it's still open and it's unreadable by anything). I'd prefer to add a plugin or 'bridge' program to the tools I've already got, rather than invest a lot of money in more software. I do have a few other programs lying around, so don't hesitate to recommend one. I think I've probably got enough 'tools' to do this, but I'm missing something obvious. Nero just copies the M3U file to the ISO compilation. That's not what I want it to do. Any helpful comments greatly appreciated. paj692
