hi, i'm lookgin to make a DVD Menu, but I dont know how.

Is it possible to create on using Photoshop 7.0?
or do i need additional software?

if so, which ones?

could you please also give me step by step instructions on how to make one.

I use nero, that allows you to add/edit menus for dvd's, photo slideshow cd's etc, i have nero 6 and that allows you to do almost everything, you can also download cd/dvd menus from the nero website (to use with nero only, they wont open in anything else but when you copy your cd/dvd the menus work with all dvd players.... as long as your dvd player is compatible with the selected format)
