I recently removed 2 identities from outlook however they are still showing as identities in my fax wizard address book, they are not showing in address book accessed from accesories so and I cant delete them. No big problem just annoying, any ideas how to get rid.

Try re-entering them in Outlook then deleting them in Fax Wizard.
