Making an iso from hard disk

Heres the deal. I got a zip of the files on a cd from a dl. I need those files to be either a iso, bin, vcd whatever. What i cant figure out is how to create an iso from the harddrive ie. select files from folder, create iso. If theres a way to convert from zip to iso right on. The zip DOES NOT contain an iso bin cue ect. Just to be clear. And im looking for a method that doesnt involve burning a cd then creating an iso of the cd with virtual drive or some program like that. Never come across this problem before so i thought i'd ask.

Just want to take files... D:\Downloads\ZIP that needs to be ISO\(bunch of files[now unzipped]) and make them D:\Downloads\ZIP that needs to be ISO\hurray.iso

Hope thats clear enough. I find the general populations intelligence to be less than par so please no idiotic recommendations like "change the file extension". I've seen it before, its sad.

If you know of a free(or not) program to just do the conversion please leave a link. That would be swell.
