Iomega Backup Pro Error

    Unhappy Iomega Backup Pro Error

    I have "Iomega Automatic Backup Pro Software" version 3.1.0.17 and the Iomega 80gb usb external hard drive. I get an error message when trying to do a system backup: "...Incorrect function. (0x00517951)". I'm using Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated!

    I've had a look on the Iomega web site and, whilst they do have a list of common errors and troubleshooting advice, they don't list the error that you've mentioned. However, Iomega do have an online chat function where you can talk to one of their support representatives:
