When typing up documents in word how do you autosave your work after so much typing , rather than having to have to save it yourself.

hi as far as im aware there is no way u can autosave the only thing i can suggest is after youve typed so much save it ,then reload your doc and caryy on with it ,at least you wont loose all info if it should crash for some reason......hope this helps

Have found out how to do this thanks. Go into file at top left hand corner of the page,click save as.(whilst using word) A box will appear. In the right hand side of the box click tools, then general options. This will then bring up alist of autosave/saving your work options...
