I just setup my email with Microsoft outlook 2003 every time I try to open an email it opens a message saying that "this item has not been retrieved from the server"
THIS ARE THE CHOICES:
Unmark this hearder item
Mark to download this message
Mark to download this message and leave a copy in the server
Mark to delete this message from the server
How to I change this kind of setting.

It looks like you are set to automatically download headers only.
