I have had the Family Tree maker version 7.0 for 4yrs. I just bought another computer and need to transfer my 4yrs work onto the new computer. Do you have a phone number/web site for Family Tree Maker Tech Support.

have you still got the disk?
you could install it onto your new computer, and copy the info/saved files over, i dont know much about the program, but if you copy the files to the same directory (e.g: //program files/Family tree maker 7/saved files) this may not be the correct directory, just an idea

The web site address is less cryptic than you might think - believe it or not, it's www.familytreemaker.com ! The site has an online 'Help Center' with tutorials that are likely to give you a step-by-step guide to finding and transferring your data. If not, I'm sure there will be contact details there to contact Technical Support as well
