have had same problem at work and have tried to reload everything outlook, sp4 etc but nothing works, please let me know if you find a solution.

Try registering the following modules.

Click start > Run and copy and paste each of the following


regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll

regsvr32 Ole32.dll

regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
