Hi there, can you help me?
I have just bought the HP 1400 series of "All in one printers".
I cannot print more than one page of an Excel program. If I set the print criteria, e.g. 1 - 10 it only prints the last page. However, it will print each page OK but not more than one.
I did a test print on WORD, I typed something on Page 1 and then Page 2 and it printed fine.
Why not Excel? Can you help?

If you select Print Preview from the File menu, does the preview have data showing on all pages?

Have you tried setting the Print Area? To do this, highlight all of the cells that have data in, then select 'Print Area' > 'Set Print Area' from the File menu. Then go to Page Setup and set the page size to be A4. Then try to print something, specifying it to be 1 page wide by 1 page tall. If that manages to print all of your data on one page, then try printing again, specifying it to be size everything to 100% (which should print multiple pages).
