I do not know much about computers but recently I had my computer upgraded and ask the shop to make sure everything was saved and restored on my computer. Unfortunately for me Incredimail was backed up but all my important files, passwords and folders went into imh , imm files etc.
I find now I cannot open any of these most important documents.
Is there anyone had this experience and if so do you know a solution to the problem.
I really would appreciate it.

Does incredimail have an import tool? either that or copy one of the files and rename it with the correct extension.. does it recognise it then? Of course, the best course of action is to ask Incredimail themselves via their helpdesk
