I have a few track on VCR that i'd like the video signal as well a the audio ( ive taken audio from VCR before and put it on CD, but it it possible to take the video and convert to play on DVD aswell?

I do this thru my All In Wonder card:

It was supplied with a cable connecting the VCR's RCA's to the cards audio / video input.

I would imagine that this would be possible with any TV in / out card but am not certain.

Director’s Cut SCART is an external alternative, to Jephree's reccomendation, you might want to consider. I use one to pump any A/V signal (TV, VHS, Hi8, etc) into the PC for recording, editing & burning.
