Hi can anyone help me before I go crazy. I am trying to uninstall Stardownloader. The 'Add/Remove' on the control panel keeps presenting me with 'Could not open Install Log File'. I then tried to uninstall through the 'All Programmes' with Stardownloader's own 'uninstall' facility. You guessed it - the dialogue box then said 'invalid install log file'. I am now on a mission to remove this one way or the other.
As I am not an overly experienced computer buff, please any help given - in really simple language. Cheers.
