My screen has rotated itself to landscape rather than the normal portrait. Can you help.

Check your video adapter settings. There may be a shortcut-key for the function that you have hit by accident.

edit: sorry, is this for a normal pc monitor or a pda monitor? I ask as you mentioned that its normally in portrait mode

If not could you please describe in more detail your problem & what Program you are working with?

I am assuming that since you posted in this section that we are talking about a software problem (Word?) rather than a hardware/ monitor problem.
