What is the exact source? What is the format? Where are you trying to paste?

Sorry, I am trying to paste a label onto my printer progame which is an Epsom 300 the type of printer which scans directly onto a cd

I am not familiar with cc covers. Is it like this page: http://www.cdcovers.cc/covers.php

When you try to paste this into your Epsom software it gives you the message: "Data Not Supported"? Is that correct?

What is the format of this cover? Is it like X.bmp? Or?

Have you ever been able to do this before?

Perhaps your printer just does not support the file type.

yes it is cd covers, I do not know what format it is,and yes I have successfully copied many discs before,as you can tell i am a rookie with computers and don't know any jargon

Or do none of them work?

Is "Data Not Supported" the full error message?

Does that error come from the printing program?

The error is not from the printing programme as I have just downloaded it in work.
None of them work
Will check message when I get home
