I have an Epson RX620 all-in-one which refuses to print from the computer when Pinnacle software is installed. All other funstions of the all-in-one remain functional and requests for print go into the printer but will not come out. I am keen to use Pinnacle to convert analogue VCR tapes to DVD but not at the expense of not having a functioning printer facility. Can anyone please help?

Could you tell me what Pinnacle Systems software you have installed? There may have been an update released and I can help you find the update if you give me some details of the software and versions you have installed.
