I am trying to install access 97 and access 2k on the same machine (user request), They already had access 2k and i tried to install 97 in another directory the problem is 97 doesnt have the executable.. have i installed wrong?

Cheers for the reply, i fugured out what i was doing wrong.

to install access 97 onto a machine that already has 2k you have to find and rename the msaccess.exe to something else and also rename the hatten.ttf font file (something about licenece errors) then install 97 into a different folder from your 2k install and repair the msaccess2k.exe (so both versions will work if required), you also have to create a shortcut to access 97 one on desktop (wont show in start menu as 2k is newer version)
