Hi can any help ?,

my mail box ends up full everyday I seem to get alot of spam /junk mail , the

PROBLEM I have is although I delete all the spam/junk mail I have alot of my email Iwant to keep but dont know how or what to do with it.

I WOULD LIKE TO EMPTY MY EMAIL BOX & STORE MY EMAIL I WANT TO KEEP ON A DISK OR MY HARD DRIVE FOR REFERENCE. OR IS THERE SOME OTHER WAY OF DOING THIS??? .

PS I USE TISCALI FOR MY EMAIL & I use windows xp home edition .

Do you use outlook for your email or a web based service? if using outlook have you set up an archive folder (folder stored on C: drive)

if web based try setting up folders for all your email and spam filters for the spam i set mine up to block addresses of the spam i had, but can be done by keywords etc

It really depends on your e-mail program. You will find all the tools there.

Create a folder or use archive & move what you want there.
Then there is usually an Export & or just right click the folder & send to or save to your hard drive or floppy or whatever.

With many programs such as Outlook you can automate all these tasks with Rules.

If Tiscali runs it's own e-mail program you will need to seek their particular options.
