AAhhrrgg either i am pretty dense or this is the mother of all problems, i had a look at all of the posts and none of them helped i trawled the registry settings, reinstalled the printer set her to another printer, no joy... thanks for the suggestions any more?
Another search which mainly raises Outlook Express issues:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...l+script+error
Which just raises a possible test: can the computer print html from O.E.?
Erm nope i tried that i also tried the registry fix unfortunately all of the entries were there.. i have provided a work around for our user just now and notified someone to contact Microsoft to get a response.
Workaround:
Select reply
change the format of the message to plain text
Curious.
I had a problem & found others did too when trying to Reply to an e-mail in HTML format from Outlook.
It would always freeze Outlook which I then needed to close & restart.
Changing the format to Plain also Worked around this issue.
The only resolution I ever found was to run Detect & Repair... found under the Help tab of the Outlook toolbar.
