To anyone who may be able to help,

I am on a Toshiba Satellite and I am trying to use Nero to burn image files. When I get to the point where I select BURN, Nero declares the Mat****a dvd ram drive to already be in use. If anyone knows how to remedy this situation I would be greatly appreciative.(NO other programs are open at the time???) Thank you.

2 possible solutions:

1) In the RUN dialogue box type: services.msc
2) Click on the standard tab in the right hand window.
3) Scroll to the IMAPI CD-Burning service. Right-Click & select PROPERTIES
4) on the General Tab, select disable in the Startup type.

In case u are using Nero 6 u might want to apply the following patch also:
ftp://ftp6.nero.com/NeroASPIUpdate.exe
