I have this problem keep getting this message.
"The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL: SHRegGetUSValueA." I tried to fix it but I do not appear to have a Shlwapi.dll file to rename
1. In Windows Explorer, open the Program Files/PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 3.0 folder.
2. Select the Shlwapi.dll file, choose File > Rename, and then rename the file (for example, name it Shlwapi.old).
3. Select the Urlmon.dll file, choose File > Rename, and then rename the file (for example, name it Urlmon.old.)
