i have p4 2.4 pc. i want to show video movie to my online chat friends directly (not focusing webcam on screen) from hard disk or from cd rom drive. how can i do it? is there any software for that?

Microsoft Netmeeting might be able to help you with that. Netmeeting is part of the free Internet Explorer bundle of stuff.
