I made a template up in word for a DVD cover including photographs and text and sent it on a cd rom to a friend to add her text to it then to print it out,

but when she opens it up in word all the photos and text are in the wrong places,she is using windows 98 I am using XP home edition with office XP are these word documents not compatible ?

What version is she using? Word95, 97, or 2000?

Also, try this. When you go Save As drop the list down for type and choose Word97-2000 then send it to her again.
