I'd be grateful if someone can help me out - it may just be my lack of knowledge on this one - apologies if it is a silly Q!
Basically when reading or burning a CD I don't get a choice of the speed I can burn to anymore - it automatically selects just 8x or 10x. I'm using 40x CD-Rs and my Cd burner is max 32x, so how come I can't read and burn at 32x?
I remember when this was first installed about 18 mths ago I used to get the choice and then intermittently.

Have you tried using the online update feature of Nero to download the latest drivers? Sounds, in my opinion, like Nero is getting a little confused about what CDRW drive you're using and it's returning to default settings.
