Can you try to use your caps lock a little less sparingly, it's a netiquette thing.

Are you sure the error message is correct, not more like:

'access violation at address 'xxxxxxxx' in module 'vobsrc.ax'. Read of address 00000000

    Or similiar?

On the Pinnacle site FAQ is the solition, you have to rename a file in the register.

"Access violation at adress 00000000. Read of address 00000000."
    Antwoord
This error occurs on Windows XP systems with service pack 2 (SP2) installed.

To solve this problem, which is caused by the skin component, please follow the steps below:
    1. click on "Start"
    2. "run..."
    3. enter "regedit"
    4. browse to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VOB\CDRAPP\Paths” 5. rightclick on "SkinFile" in the right window
    6. select "rename" and change the name of the SkinFile entry

And after restart your computer it is oké.

Editing the registry is very risky - your PC may not start up again if you make a mistake. Before editing an entry in the registry, take a full backup. To do this, open the Registry Editor program (regedit), click the Registry menu and choose the Export option.
