when i print word doc. or pdc file my printer printed those doc.

but when m trying to print any png. or jpeg file

my printer spoller service is autometically off.. wht to do ?????

ok m using windows xp i have an antivirus (net protector) no any software update

i have p4 processor with 1 gb ram

i tried
m restart spoller service and den restart pc.

from service.msc
i also take registry back up for fix this problem
