Re: New toys
DisplayFusion does all of that already, including the second taskbar.

Ooh I must check it then!

I'm having some stupid problems with my dual-display setup. First of all, the 19" on the right has suddenly been set as the #1 monitor even though the 22" is recognized as primary. Due to this, windows are mostly opening up on the right and upon boot everything functions on the right screen. The wallpapers even end up getting switched up. I've tried everything I can but I just can't make the 22" a real primary. It just decided to stop working.

Hmm, unplugging them from the video card and plugging in the 22" first seems to have fixed it.

I don't use the built-in Display settings to control the monitor settings. I set up profiles that kick in if I have single or double monitor plugged in and I use my macro keys to shortcut to two additional profiles that I use on special circumstances.
Big screen for movies without smaller distracting screen oh yeahh.
I just tried out Display Fusion and voila! It is as you said it is!
Except I found out I had to pay for the Pro license to get the taskbar on both sides and to adjust the position (x and y) manually. Are you using the Pro license?
Ultramon lacks some features such as built in Flickr and Vladstudio (I actually like Vlad artworks quite a lot) search but oh well. Least it's free. I forgot to check how much RAM DisplayFusion takes though...

I'm actually using Ultramon now, got rid of DisplayFusion. I finally solved all the annoying glitches and bugs I had (monitors switching, resolutions changing, taskbar on wrong monitor, etc.)
The last issue I had was the resolution on the 22" monitor resetting to 640x480 on startup. Disabling the Vista TMM in task scheduler took care of that.
