I think BT were winners of worst customer service in a recent survey.

considering they're a telecommunications company the communication part is rubbish (IMHO)

I vote the Carphone Warehouse for worst customer service/assistance AFTER they have your money

lol i think most big companies are the same.. BT must be the worse by far

you obviously havnt dealt with the carphone warehouse.... its not just the service over mobile phones, talk talk is the same!!!!

you will probably think there good/ok if you havnt had a problem with any of their products/services.... if you do have a problem with their products/services, your best bet is to get a new one as they will NOT help you
