    Last nights result (CL final)

    GUTTED!!!!!!

went the pub, I must have drank about 10-12 drinks (non-alcoholic, im under 18 and everyone knows it!!)

spent about £30 in the pub!! (£7 for steak burger and chips, £3 on a "guess the goal time" and the rest on drinks and 2 games of pool)

good atmosphere, not happy with the ref

we could have played better aswell

    Pennant played well

    I hate Zenden!

I know how it feels being a Utd fan. That free kick last night was sickening!

    yyyup!!

didnt like the fact that the ref stopped the game early....

last 3/4 mins we were attacking alot, we could have easily got a shot..... perhaps a goal, taking it to extra time

The ref doesnt like Liverpool..... FACT!!!

I'm not blaming our loss totaly on the ref but had the ref been less biased, it COULD have changed a few things

That offside decision right near the end was a bad one!! cant remember who was caught offside but there was a defender blaitently in front of him!

Yep it pretty much summed up Liverpool's season really, they had some great performances but a strange season all round, never really got any consistency going.

Darren Bent would be a good signing, I watched him play at Charlton a lot last season as my dad's a season ticket holder, fantastic player.

now that's over a couple of local teams are playing this weekend at wembley, on Sat is Shrewsbury Town in the div 2 play off final glad they beat the franchise team that's MKDons.

on Monday is WBA in the championship play off finals (bit upset they beat Wolves as I used to go to Molyineux many decades ago)

Yes Mike, the striker (Not to be confused with Marcus Bent)

Looking forward to the playoffs Jeff, should be good.

not a big footie fan but always look out for the county towns results.

all weerk on the local radio it's been mentioning the game on Sat, last time Shrewsbury got to wembley was in 1996 in the Auto Windscreens Shield final
