For the next competition we are doing a certain famous person in different situations. Like the New Orleans looter for example. Speech bubbles will be able to be added to make the pics more amusing.

We have changed our minds as the previous idea was too restrictive. We are now having an image editing competition. DAL will choose a picture and we can alter it in different ways.
