Two people have been cautioned for using people's wi-fi broadband internet connections without permission.

it's amazing people lock the house, the car but not the internet.

around me all the wi-fi networks are secure using WPA

Mmm, I think I can see an opportunity here; in-car blackout blinds (every set comes with free tissue dispenser...)!!
