I am confused about how to get to the page where I can click on "new post". The only way that I got here was to click on a link from DAL inviting me to the chat room. Earlier today I somehow got to a page "new post"as available, and posted a problem.

This is the index page with all the forums so to decide where to post, as fitting the content: http://www.d-a-l.com/help/index.php

It can be accessed by hitting this in the top left corner: DAL Computer Help

After you've found which forum on their you want to post in, click the New Thread radio button highlighted below, in any forum, to make a new post:

If you hit User CP on the top panel, you will be taken to the "User Control Panel" where you can see all your posts that you have posted or subscribed to.
