Quite simple really. ALL of the cards are replaced. Take note of the 'first set' and you'll see that the 'replacement set' is totally different, hence the 'correct answer'.

10/10 to Dan Penny. The only one who gave the answer. DAL knew, hence his reference to code. There are only 2 sets of cards.
