    Just my luck

    im sat down in the inernet cafe in the hostel in sydney. waiting to do my bridge climb.... the day has come... im climbing it today.... one slight problem..... its pooring down with rain.

    Oh bummer. Take pics anyway. Sydney rain will stop in an instant sometimes. Watch out for the sudden thunderstorms though.

    lol, youre not allowed to take a camera with you....... captive audience. i have some pictures i have baught though. will be scanning them. it was a really good experience and i would reccomend any one to do it.

    yeah the sun was out at the start of our climb in the end and it ended up raining by the time we came back

    bit of a downer at the moment as it is my last night here in sydney. going to hard rock cafe for a biiiiiiiiig party but i wish i could stay in oz longer. at the start of the hols i hadnt met any one on the trip but now i feel like ive known them for years.

    ah well, homeward bounds tomorrow afternoon. ill probably be back online when im home in sunny wales.

    Oh its only a baby huntsman. Didnt you get any bigger ones pay you a visit? Nice pics though.

    lol, thats as bout as big as they get up the grampians. the ranger went looking for one while we were doing conservation work. Thats how i have gloves on.

    Is there much regrowth since the bushfires there? We went through before and during it.

    some of the plants have started to grow back. the trees are all dead, but im not sure if there are some growing there. the work i was doing when we saw that spider was pulling up the sallow waddle.

    i think it will be a few years yet before they really start growing.
