When i go onto msn voice convo....i hear the person fine...but when i talk to them....it has a robot voice....I am talking to a person from sweden (if that matters)

and i have no program that changes voice..

and when i talk on ventrilo i sound fine like 90% of the time...the other 10% i ahve the robot voice
