personally i connect to aol without the diaer, by using a wirless router with modem in it... an modem other than aols supplied one should do the job, plug it into the phone line and into ur pc... and as soon as u turn ur pc on, it will be online without dialing into anything.

not the firewall, disabled that and still had the problems.

Is there any way to do that WITH the voyager 105 (supplied with aol) also, is yours a USB one?

yeah mine was a usb one, andi cant find any ways around using the software with the voyager modem.... someone else here many be able to help though?
