Hey everyone just wanted to make sure everyone was still here somewhere! It's been quiet among the regulars here recently, I know some of you have been away for obvious reasons (best wishes to Andy) and I know Jaynee has had to take sometime away so I hope all is well. Anyway please drop in on this thread when you all get a min and just update us all on whats new, I kinda miss the llamas!!! anyway hope all is good with everyone.

I'm still here but with lovely weather, gardening, decorating, lazing about now tech has finished for this year..I passed HP, IT essentials 1 with a "B", start HP, IT essentials 2 (should be equal to comtia) in september, passed 3 out of 7 modules for ECDL, built an old machine to dual boot Red Hat and Xandros all integrated in my network sharing files and a printer.

No llamas or ducks but a few regulars are still around.

I've even cut down using msn and but with my tv capture card in the pc now I can record and watch later on the other machine ( I have a caddie on both machines).

I hope to be more active in the coming days. Funny part is I got bored yesterday and built/re-built one of my old Dos machines to a P4 M Laptop (old case, new MB...interesting getting the screws to line up!) I have found that my hands and arms have atrophied(sp?) badly...found it hard to turn a screw driver! My wife nearly killed me for working on a computer instead of walking to get my strength back...Life of a computer geek I guess!

I'm here on and off, end of year paperwork grrr. LOL Hopefully get back in to it soon.

I still come around as much as real life allows, busy time of the year for me.

i wont be on as much for a few days dont think computer is sitting at home not working........... again, restarted, it worked fine, turned off and l8a it wasnt wrking lets hope my sister is going to be nice and let me use her laptop :P lol

when i said a few days, i meant a few hours!! lol, found the xp cd and fixed problem thanks to jephree
