This is supposed to be a good site to learn HTML. I am learning to make one as well. I am doing mine in notepad, not using a specified program for it as you learn more that way. I tried using site building tools that came with my old ISP webspace but that was a total disaster.

    Hi,Jaynee

Wow thanks book marked now i did see this here
CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets i like
the idea that you can work on more then one
page at a time if you think about that. say

i have an update page it would be a lot
faster to do it from one page but from
what i looked at the html thing look good as well

    Thank you

I used MS's front-page for my first ever website. You can learn the HTML as you go along by comparing your graphic-design to the HTML source. You will soon learn how the code is built-up.
Keep it simple to begin with, so that you dont overwhelm yourself. Planning is very important otherwise you'll end up wondering aimlessly. Once youve got basic html, try writing your own little html page without reference and see how you get on - you'll be surprised how quickly you pick it up

www.freewebs.com is a good beginers site creator, you don't neet html if you dont want, it is easy to change backgrouns, upload pics, songs ect and you can convert to html if you wish
